What it answers
Inside a project it sees what the pages show: the journeys and their last results, the runs and every step of them, the red and blocked ones, the documents, the lessons, the members and the settings. On the home page and in Billing it talks about the whole workspace: how each project is doing, which one needs attention, how many credits are left and what they went on, and how Burhan itself works.
- What's blocked and why? Which journeys never passed? What should we fix first?
- Summarize the last run. What changed since last week?
- How many credits are left? What did we spend this month?
- How does auto-reload work? What does a blocked run mean?
What it does, once you confirm
Everything you can do from the dashboard except pay: run a journey, a module or the whole project; edit, pause or retire a journey; add a document or re-explore the app; change the testing depth or the schedule; invite a teammate; set up an integration; file a ticket; switch the look or the language. Each proposal says what it will do and what it costs in credits. Confirm runs the same server action the page's own button would, so Ask Burhan can never do more than you can.
Blocked runs and lessons
On the Attention page, Review with Burhan hands it a blocked run: it says what stopped it, whose fault it looks like, and proposes the verdict (not a blocker, test data, real blocker) and, when there is something to learn, a lesson for this app. Lessons you confirm apply from the next run; the Learned page lists them and lets you edit or reject them. You can also propose a lesson yourself in the chat, in your own words.
Chats, people and cost
Chats are kept per person in your browser: members of the same workspace never see each other's chats. Moving to another project or to the home page starts a fresh chat; every earlier one is a tap away under the clock icon, labelled by project.
Questions cost no credits. Each one uses a little AI on Burhan's side, so short, specific questions get the best answers. Greetings and thanks are answered without calling the model at all.
