What a run costs
1 credit is $1. A run of one journey on the web costs 1 credit; on Android it costs 2, for the phone's time. A journey that runs in English and Arabic is two runs. A full run of 36 journeys on a bilingual Android app is therefore 144 credits.
- Charged when the run finishes on Burhan's side, never before.
- A run that broke on our side (an error, not a fail or a blocked) costs nothing.
- Automatic retries of a red cost nothing: only the first try is charged.
- Cancelled and skipped runs cost nothing.
Free to start
Every new account gets $20 of credits once, at sign-up, no card. That's twenty web runs or ten Android runs: enough to set a project up, agree the plan and see a first full run.
Packs
Buy credits in Workspace → Billing, by card through Stripe. The bigger packs carry a bonus:
- $20 → 20 credits
- $99 → 110 credits
- $499 → 600 credits
Auto-reload
When the balance can't cover a run, Burhan buys another pack from your saved card so scheduled runs never stop halfway. Auto-reload is on by default once a card is saved, with a monthly cap (default $99) you can raise, lower or turn off in Billing. You're told in the bell, by email and in Slack when credits run low.
Credits don't expire. Invoices come from Stripe; the ledger in Billing shows every purchase and every run charged.
